Terms & conditions

These terms apply to purchases from CS Autoparts AB, operating the webshop norrakust.se.

Orders & agreement

A purchase agreement is established when we have confirmed your order by email. We reserve the right to decline an order if the item is no longer available or if there has been an obvious pricing error.

Prices

All prices are stated in SEK including Swedish VAT (25%) unless otherwise indicated. Customers within the EU with a valid VAT number may purchase VAT-free. Prices apply at the time of order. We reserve the right to change prices and correct printing errors.

Payment

We offer the following payment methods:

• Card payment (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe

• Bank transfer

Payment must be received before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. Items are shipped once payment has been registered in our account.

Delivery

We process and pack orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. Dispatch is via DHL and PostNord on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Order cut-off is 16:00 the day before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and are displayed at checkout before the order is finalised. For orders placed via price inquiry, shipping costs are communicated separately.

Classic car parts & product descriptions

We sell spare parts for classic cars, including NOS parts (New Old Stock), reproduction parts and used parts. Product images are representative and may differ in detail from the delivered item. Minor variations in finish, shade or packaging on NOS and reproduction parts do not constitute grounds for a complaint. Age-related storage marks on NOS parts are normal and expected.

Compatibility information (model, year, engine) is based on available information from OEM catalogues and cross-references. The buyer is responsible for verifying that the part fits the specific vehicle, as variations may occur depending on production period, market and specification level. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item, in accordance with EU distance selling regulations. The item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition and in original packaging where applicable. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items manufactured or ordered specifically to the customer’s specification.

Complaints & warranty

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. The buyer must be able to present a receipt or order confirmation. We will determine whether the complaint is to be resolved through repair, replacement or refund.

The right to complain does not apply in cases of:

• Normal wear and tear

• Incorrect installation or use

• Damage caused by external factors

• Parts modified by the buyer

• Parts installed without verifying compatibility

The warranty period for new and reproduction parts is 12 months from the delivery date. NOS parts and used parts are sold in their existing condition without warranty beyond mandatory consumer protection requirements.

Returns

All returns must be approved by us in advance via mail@norrakust.se. Unapproved returns may be refused. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and approving the return.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, lost working time, workshop costs or other costs arising from the use or installation of our products. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that parts are correctly installed and suitable for their intended purpose.

Product images & information

We strive to ensure that images and descriptions are accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors. Product images may show accessories or details not included in the price. Colour reproduction may vary depending on screen settings.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government decisions, transport disruptions or supplier issues.

Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. Data collected is used to fulfil orders and communicate with the customer. We do not share personal data with third parties beyond what is required for delivery and payment.

Disputes

Swedish law applies to all purchases. Disputes should first be resolved through direct contact with us. If we cannot reach an agreement, consumers may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se.
