Delivery & payment

Dispatch days

We process and pack orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. Dispatch is via DHL and PostNord on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Order cut-off is 16:00 the day before dispatch.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and are displayed at checkout before the order is finalised. For orders placed via price inquiry, shipping costs are communicated separately.

Carriers

We ship with DHL and PostNord. A tracking number is sent by email once the parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery times

• Sweden: 1–3 working days after dispatch

• Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Finland): 2–5 working days

• Europe: 3–8 working days

• UK: 4–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery outside the EU

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import charges may apply. These costs are borne by the buyer and are not included in our prices.

Damaged parcels

Always inspect the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel is damaged, note this with the carrier and contact us immediately at mail@norrakust.se. Photograph the damage before opening the parcel.

Card payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is handled securely via Stripe.

Bank transfer

Payment by bank transfer. Items are dispatched once payment has been registered in our account. Bank details are included with the order confirmation.

Currency

All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) including 25% Swedish VAT. Customers within the EU with a valid VAT number may purchase VAT-free — contact us before ordering.
